Can we start things up again?

Question - (14 December 2008) 1 Answers - (Newest, 14 December 2008)
A female United States age 36-40, *ittleTwoLegs writes:

I want to be with my ex. I have wanted to marry him since we began dating...but we have been split up since February of 2007. That is a long time. I was going through some difficult times on my own and tried to break it off with him, but he convinced me not to only to dump me a few weeks later. That led to some obvious complications and misery...but any time we are around one another things are peachy. I just don't know how to become a part of his life these days. I'm not sure what to do at this point. We live in the same town but attend different universities and have seperate groups of friends. Communication between us has been on and off. I was upfront with him about what I feel for him in July, and told him I wanted to see where things would go, but he never gave me a conclusive yes or no and I'm annoyed and really want to resolve everything and start anew. Is this possible?

sommerslover agony auntSince you already told him how you feel back in July, if you haven't gotten a positive answer by now, you probably won't get one. If he was truly interested in re-starting a relationship with you, he should have given you an answer by now. Don't wait any longer.
