writes:This is about me and male colleague at work who we have hot cold sarky relationship i'm sure we fancy each other.today we went for a meeting , giggles on way there at meeting the head teacher flirting with him putting pen in mouth. to be honest he didn't even look at her kept making eye contact with me and mentioning me then purposely he made the next meeting just him, her, and the other worker who cant attend... didn;t even ask me and im joint working the case. so i kept shut and outside i said ok just you two then . he smirked i was fiesty i let it rip and said its fine and hes like no you are coming to , i looked in diary i was busy on that day simple. and he could see i was moody so smirked!!!! then in office its late he makes me sit next to him for a hour watch him work!!! i had made changes to that document he wouldnt let me help more. i said let me come back because i got alot work to do. no i had to watch him he wouldn't let me move but he didn't even talk!! so what he playing at grr!!On way out hes like are u ok im like yeah just tired.When i asked him to show me how to use the system he said to ask admin as it is a long process. I said ok thats fine. Literally as soon as he understood he started showing me, but my body language was cold by then.He normally helps me protects me, i felt like a failure as i should have done that document but it was my first time. I did say sorry he said it was ok and yes he is really stressed about something at work. I can't understand himSo do his action mean anything?
