Will it do any harm to me? Will I get STI's?I'm really worried.. I wish I hadn't done it in the first place..

you cant get an STD from yourself!
you can only get one from another person who is carrying that. of course cum would come out on to your hand. it wont just stay inside. just wipe/wash your hand after playing!
i suggest you research about STD's and sex. you obviously need a little bit more sex ed.

 No you cannot get an STI this way otherwise all hand jobs would be dangerous! Meanwhile after you have finished please remember to wash your hands never a great idea not too!
