You can pass an STD through oral sex.
Are you saying that you are both virgins because you have not been penetrated vaginally or anally, and he is a virgin because he has not penetrated anyone vaginally or anally?
If either of you has had oral sex with an infected person before being with one another, then you both could be infected.
If you are exhibiting any kind of symptoms, do not debate your virginal status ... get to a doctor quickly to be diagnosed and treated, as appropriate.
Best wishes and be careful!

Not from oral sex, but if you kiss someone with a cold sore and then give them oral sex you can develop herpes since they are caused by the same virus.

i believe so, because although it is rare, you can be born with it but if it hasn't affected your partner or yourlsevses in anyway then i shouldnt worry about it.
