writes:I am currently in a relationship and things are great we get along fine and we understand each other, my only issue with my boyfriend is that he cannot ejaculate. Weve had very brief conversations about this because he tends to avoid the subject but from what hes told me, hes never had an ejaculation in his life, whether its with another woman or with himself. Dont get me wrong the sex is great but i just wish there was something i could do to help him because i cant help but feel like im not doing my job right and i just want him to be able to experience it full out. Is there anything he can do to change his condition?

reader, anonymous, writes (5 February 2011): This is a medical issue, if he orgasms and doesn't ejaculate, then he has retrograde ejaculation, which is caused by medications, surgery, and by other disorders.
This is a fertility issue, but there are techniques around this using IVF.
He needs to be seen by a physician....I hope he has insurance that covers this because he's in the USA and the workup is very expensive.

 It's not you, it's his penis that is the issue. Absolutely go with him to the doctor to have him checked out. The most he can do is make the appointment. The most you can do for him at this point is drive him there and be supportive. :o) Good luck1

To be honest, he needs to speak to a doctor and get himself checked out. This could be stress, or it could be a medical problem. You can't change his condition, he needs to do that.
