If he is one of the populaur guys who is allways having a laugh and messing around i wouldn't trust him, something like this happend to a friend of mine once. She got so made fun of when she found out he was joking. What you should do is look him in the eye, if you see him trying not to laugh or he looks away then he is probally joking. if he keeps eye contact then he must like you! good luck xxx

It can take a lot of guts to tell you he loves you and he be shy about actually asking you out.
If you like him, suggest you go out some time! It doesn't have to be a big deal, just say you'd be happy to meet up on a saturday, maybe to watch a film or go ice-skating... or bowling... or to do something fun you might think of.
See what he says! If he's serious, he'll jump at the chance! If not, it's his loss.
By the way, did you ask the question about whether you're too young for this site? If so, there's a fault with that question.
I would say, come on here to ask for the advice you need, just be ware there are a lot of very grown-up issues being discussed. It's a site for older people, but we're always happy to help!

 Well,most guys have to pluck up a lot of courage to say something like that...Was he laughing or trying not to laugh when he said it? Normally that means it's a stupid game of truth or dare. If he was playing with his fingers or fiddleing than i would say he was telling the truth..but 1 things for sure...every guys different and NO-ONE one here can actually tell you if he was telling the truth. Maybe ask his m8s and see what they say about him loving you? The best thing to do is ask him out...Even if he didn't mean it he might still say yes just by chance...HOPE I HELPED XXX
