well, i have 34 e/f boobs, and they look great with a bra but the thing is as soon as i take my bra off they look horrible! they look really saggy, but they cant actually be saggy because im only 15, they just aren't very full at the top, and it doesnt help that my nipples aren't very centerd they are more to the bottom if that makes sense? :S also they are quite veiny, which makes it all even worse.

so my question is,

is there ANYTHING i can do to make these things better?

You've got nothing to worry about. It's only natural for big boobs to sag a bit and it's very attractive. I prefer big saggy boobs to small firm ones any day. Veins are a turn-on too so don't worry at all. All in all your boobs sound like they're fantastic and I bet loads of blokes would absolutely love them.

HI,

I have always had the same problem. I grew up with large breasts (only DDs), and never really thought about it. I have a large frame so they were never really a "big" deal, except for the people with whom I been intimate with--they have seemed to like them. lol

That being said I am almost 40, and I am really tired of carrying this weight around, I can't buy cute tops to wear without buying a larger size and getting them tailored (who has money for that? lol). Granted, I am heavier now just in general, but still I am sick of dealing with large breasts. And not to mention the impressions on the top of my shoulders from bras supporting this weight my whole life.

With your situation in mind (an e/f) you are going to be in big trouble in the future. There is no way you are going to be able to carry that around all the time. If your back hurts now (maybe it doesn't) it might just get worse.

I would talk to your doctor about this now. Granted you probably aren't done growing and your doctor probably won't recommend a breast reduction until you are an adult. If you are overweight, the DR is going to tell you to lose weight before that happens anyway, so my advice is if you have to lose some weight do that, and see if they go down from that. Breasts are mostly just fat anyway, so you could probably go down a size if you do that. However, in my situation, I have lost weight a couple of times in my life, and I don't lose weight in my breasts at all. That could be an issue for you as well.

I wish you much luck. If this is a huge issue for you right now, try to do something about it. OTherwise, you will always be plagued with having a hard time finding clothes and bras!! Its truly a complete pain.

There are no muscles in your breasts, so technically there is nothing you can do other than wear a bra for the temporary support. If you are only 15, then chances are you just have normal breasts. You've probably seen so many high-in-the-sky wonderbra boobs all over that maybe you think they should be firmer/fuller/perkier etc.

Take a look at this link. It might make you feel better to see some regular boobs, and probably you are quite normal and there is nothing to feel ashamed about.

Ive got the same problem however mine arent veiny and i have 34d boobs and still growing!

the advice ive been given is just to lose weight as im quite overweight and apparently the muscles tighten and your boobs get smaller and become more ùp`if that makes sense.eg lifts up.

thats the only advice ive been given im afraid and theres also surgery of course but i highly dont suggest that as you are young and your boobs havent stopped growing yet!
