If it's very red and painful I would take the piercing out and let it heal. You can always get it repierced later if you choose. It will be alright, if it's a bad infection your doctor can give you anti-biotics and some solution to clean it. Since you can't get there, for now you can draw out the infection so the wound can begin to heal. Do you have any hydrogen peroxide? Something that has always worked well for me is putting a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in a small glass or shot glass with some warm water, and then holding it on the piercing for a few minutes. Rinse off the area, and then take a Q-tip and clean off the pus around the area. If you have no Hydrogen peroxide, sea salt will work as well. This should work to clean it, but you should also see your doctor when you can get there in case you need anti-biotics. I hope I helped.
