 Is this a joke or something? What do you call it if the lady does these things to a man? Man you are confused! Lol! If she doesn't like you, maybe she thinks you are just a cute ,little baby whose face is too nice to touch and fondle and tickle and kiss. Do you think that way? You won't know if she loves you until she changes her strategy by slapping you instead , and tell you right on your face, "Babe,aren't you old enough to read body language?" Lolz! Wake up man!

 Love is too strong a word. You don't know each other well enough to feel love. Other than what some call "love at first sight" true love takes time and a little more exposure.
I do think she is smitten by you, however. Girls don't usually touch the face of, or nervously kiss, a guy they are not interested in. She is infatuated. If you want to find out if she loves you, ask he out and see what happens. Based on what you have presented here, I think she'd love to go on a date with you.
