I'm aware of the whole STD's risk and stuff - but I'm more concerned really about the pregnancy side of it haha.

reader, anonymous, writes (17 January 2009): Come on guys it means sex with no condom! If you are in a serious relationship you can both get checked out make sure you are both STD free. I guess there is never any 100% certainty so you'll just have to weigh up the odds.

reader, anonymous, writes (16 January 2009): Yes it is more pleasurable bareback than with a condom, but you do increase the risk of pregnancy even with the pull out method because even the smallest amount of sperm can get you pregnant, or worse, the person you are with is not able to pull out due to lack of experience.
Anyway, yes it is better, but be very, very careful if you choose to do it
