 She's immature...not surprising as she is not even a teenager. She's not ready for a boyfriend, but can't admit it to herself, so she hides it. If I were you, I would tell her that she should either be open and honest about your relationship with others, or you should end it with her. If she doesnt like you enough to admit that shes going out with you, then she doesnt like you enough at all. Good luck.

 Your girlfriend may feel ashamed of having a boyfriend or does not want to get teased about it. Whatever the reason, she should share it with you.
Talk to her and try to find out.

 It's impossible to tell why she's doing this. Maybe she's not mature enough to have a boyfriend, or she's embarassed for her friends to know or maybe one of her friends likes you and she doesn't want to hurt her. Whatever reason it is remember you're young and that if it doesn't work out you won't be by yourself for long.
