Dear DC readers,

I am in a difficult situation at the moment. I know a friend for roughly a year now and I really enjoy her company. In my eyes she is really beautiful and a wonderful being. I really like her and love her so much as a person, and there are hints that she also feels the same way. The problem is I want to ask her out but don't know if I should. What I have right now with her is important and I wouldn't want to destroy the friendship for sh!t, however I am very certain that if we do go out we would be really good for each other. I really don't know what to do. Ps I am dyslexic and may interpret things differently but not necessarily incorrectly. (Sorry if that's confused you all).

You are settling friendship, but really you would like her to be your girl friend, so ask her. The best relationships have friendship as part of the mix and you have that already.
