writes:I was trying to date my neighbour and things didnt go well. I had asked her out and she replied she will get back to me. But she never did. I Because i lost hope, 3 months ago, I tried to move on. I dont have her number, but we are still friends on facebook. I have tried the maximum i can to avoid her and nowadays i spend my time in the Gym. We have not communicated with each other in the past 3 months. I am trying to get a new house nowadays. I am unable to move on and am really down..... I need Help...

 From what you say, I'd take it that she means No. If interested she would have said yes straight away. What's the need to get back to you? Carry on looking for the new house if you are set on moving. 3 months without communication tells you all you need to know here.
