w.e floats your boat man... as long as you remain concious of what you're getting involved with, who you're with and how you're impacting her life.. if the outcome is positive do your thing.. she won't be 16 forever and im sure shes level-headed enough to know if what shes doing is wrong or not.

 there's no law against age difference!!! he could be 70, as long as you're at the legal age for sex it's fine by law! 3 years isn't a big deal =)
