hi everyone,

just had my second child, and feeling a bit low,i have also become paranoid and have accused my husband of having an affair. im so confused. are these symptoms of post natal depression.

It's definitely possible. Women seem to exhibit some strange behaviour soon after giving birth.

Accusing your husband of having an affair without pretty solid proof is quite destructive. If he's not, and you keep accusing him, he might just feel that if he's going to get the grief he might as well have the fun and actually go and have an affair. In that sense, you will have driven him to it.

Go and see your doctor and tell him what's bothering you - that's what he's there for.
