Well no, because the way you put it, you would be getting aroused by the feminine aspects of the person who to the eye looks like a woman. Getting aroused by what looks like a woman would make you quite the opposite of gay!
You really don't need to worry though. What you find attractive you find attractive - that's it. If it isn't perfectly normal it doesn't matter, that is just the way you are.

You are attracted to and turned on by whatever you're attracted to and turned on by. That's it. It's really that simple.
If he likes guys that look like women, then he simply likes guys that look like women. Why bother putting a label to it? How does that benefit anyone?
