I really want to meet him and he really wants to meet me too. He gave me part of this chain that he wears everyday as a bracelet for valentines day and I'm scared he's mad at me and that he'll break up with me. Anyway, I guess my question(s) are..... any ideas of where and how we can meet in person? and do you think he'll break up with me for losing the bracelet even though I didn't do it on purpose?

Best to meet in a public place or shopping malls.
If he likes you , he will be disappointed about that missing bracelet but he would let it go.
It was an unfortunate incident.

First off, I doubt if he'll be mad you lost the bracelet. People lose things. It's a fact.
Just make sure to tell him beforehand, if you haven't already.
But I too met my boyfriend online and my main advice to you is to do so in a group setting. A group date might be best so that you can talk to him and a friend or a cousin can talk to whoever they're interested in.
As for where to meet, that all depends on where you live and if he's nearby. Where do you go normally to hang out with friends? Is there a local place where everyone in town goes?
But seeing as you're young, you could just invite him over to your house or your best friend's, since you both know her and it's neutral ground. Play video/board/card games, watch tv, rent a movie, whatever.
Make sure to have fun. Oh, and tell your parents!
