Eating lots of protein, drinking milk and eating good ruffage (green leafy veggies) will help you gain weight. Also, weight-bearing exercises are a must. Lift weights, walk with weights on your wrists and ankles, anything like that.
I suggest joining a gym. The trainers there can really help you out and show you how to gain weight in a healthy way.

I was already quite skinny before, and since I've lost more weight even though I try to stay on a 'normal' healthy weight for my height, but struggle with it.
