Another possible pregnancy... or not?

Hi I was due to come on my period on 7th november... so far it hasnt happened. I have been feeling bloated, nauseous and keep getting cramps and headaches. Yesterday I started spotting brown. It stopped and then started again today. It's only very little so I don't believe this is my period. I took a test on the 7th, 9th, and the 12th and all came back negative, yet I'm convinced I may be pregnant still. I am already a mother and just have that gut feeling. But how likely is it that I'm getting a false negative? Also when my partner and I had intercourse, we didn't use protection but he didn't come inside of me... so surely although very possible it's unlikely we managed to concieve? Thanks
