I know what he means - perhaps theres something slightly annoying habit you have or something, but he likes you more for it, its part of what make you who you are, and different from everyone else. Its quite often we like people for their little individual quirks. Take it as something nice!

Dazzerg agony auntI think its possible he's teaseing a little. I'm guessing you give this guy alot of attention? He is saying he likes your attention I think. I work with a girl who I am attracted too and she is completely dizzy, something that I find annoying but in a cute way. It's something like that. I wouldn't worry. Hope that helps.
