And yes, it's probably not all that likely so i wouldn't worry about it, but the sperm can live in the air for a matter of hours but i can't remember how many. If you wiped and there was some of the outside that you wiped and it got into your vagina then it is possible.
But try not to worry about it.
You can try to morning after if it's not too late, but other than that, you will just have to wait for your next period. But don't stress about taht either, because stress can cause delays in your period and that would only make you more stressed.
