It's not continuous, it's only when I try to use the bathroom like that. Tell me what you think is wrong.  If it is a tear, be careful that it doesn't get infected. If you're worried, consult a doctor. It could be as simple as irritated dry skin or it could be more serious and there's simply no way to say for sure without an examination.
