reader, anonymous, writes (18 December 2007): You still have time to grow. Me, on the other hand, am 5 feet flat and am 22 years old. My advice would be to eat as healthy as possible and exercise. Although that didn't really help me as I thin mine was more of a genetics thing: mom is 5'3, dad is 5'6. But, being short is not so bad, but I understand how it seems like it is.

 I think you are right in the average for a 13 year old girl. Some will be taller than that and some shorter. But 5 feet seems right about average.
