 I'm also 22 years old and I recently had sex for the first time, and believe me! It wasn't that exciting as both of us were virgins, when I put a condom on, my penis couldn't be hard again, at some stage I managed to put in for a few seconds but I couldn't feel that I'm doing her, so I took it out and it was the end of it. I think next time will be much better and each time you have sex, you will improve until you are totally fine. (That's what I believe as I'm also frustrated about this thing) You're not the only one. First times are difficult.

although i would say it was a pretty sad way to lose your virginity if the only reason you wanted to do it was so you could discuss your sex life with your friends. next time dont choose a girl who's been with loads of lads as you put it and try to pick someone you really love.
anyway dont worry about it to much- your first time is like the first pancake- its your first time so your going to be rubbish so next time you'l be able to do it better
