It could be premature ejaculation. Though in masturbation I think lots of people can get off quick, I know as a female even I can do it in less than 20 seconds. Try and see if you can go longer without ejaculating, to go longer you may have to change, speed, rhythm, or technique of your strokes. If you find that you literally can't go longer no matter what, maybe speak to your doctor, since you probably plan at some point to get married and be intimate, it may avoid stress if you see if you can't do something now. Though it may very well be that you won't really know till you become active.
