Either im stressed or im holding grudges on my girlfriend, but recently I have been a bit stressed with a few events plus extra work and stuff and I feel that I have been either blaming them on my relationship

I haven't seen my girlfriend for about 6 days now because she is working all the time and I feel that because I haven't seen her for a while im feeling this way.

AngelofLove agony auntYou are stressed by both work and lack of quality time together in relationship.

Try to talk to your girlfriend, tell her how you feel and work out together on how you can get more quality time together. More than likely, she is feeling the same pressure. Support each other on this rocky patch, it can make you stronger and concentrate on what you can change to improve matters.

Assuming that extra work means overtime, will probably not last forever. Otherwise you may need to review your work schedules. All work and no play is no good!

Good luck x
