writes:i have been with my boyfriend for just over two years and we have only been away for ONE night together!!i am a student and have very little money so i know it would be difficult to save up as he would probably end up paying for more.since we have been together he has been on two "lads holidays" which he has taken money out of savings to pay for. This year his family are going on a big a big family holiday and i have been invited. i am excited and happy to be going.but i have saved up some money and would love for me and boyfriend to go away for a little weekend somewhere as well as this family holiday. because it would be nice to get away just the two of us. byt he said no becuase he doesnt see the point if we are already going away, and wants the point spending extra money. and neither of us drive so we would have to get the coach.this has really hurt me baring in mind hes been on two lads holidays and numerous weekends away with the boys.he says he only does them weekends cause theres a big group and it easy cause his mates drive.i feel like im second best to his mates and hes just not willing to put any effort in when it comes to our relationship! but im here willing to save my money, and would love to get away with him.am i being irrational expecting him to want to go away with just me for a weekend when we already have a holiday invite with his family??? please help!
