On my 15th birthday my boyfriend was all over me and got really close to me and i can't say i didn't like it cause i did but the following mornin he left really early but said a few things that made me think he regreted his behavior. He pays me attention usually but not the kind i crave, like the attention he gave me that night. Now he hasn't contacted me or talked to me for a week after.  because he is young and doesnt fully understand, remember guys mature slower than girls so he wont be thinking on the same level as you anyway. this time next year he'll be old news. trust me and forget about it, it was good while it lasted, and a great birthday pressent x xx xxx x
