 Why would you think your grandmother wouldn't like him unless you think there would be a reason for her not to like him.
If you have spoken to her about your BF sleeping over then that means she doesn't have a problem.
Don't let problems that aren't there worry you.
Enjoy the time you get to spend with him there are some people that don't have the luxury of spending the festive season with there better halves. Make the most of it and just have fun!
