A lot of trust issues between him and I. Any advice?

I have been with my boyfriend, "Pillsbury" for over 9 nine months. We met thru a mutual friend of ours. For the past 7 months he was doing drugs and standing me up and it almost ruined our relationship on several occasions! Now, for 2 months he has been clean from drugs, good right.. Yes. the problem came up yesterday..He was invited to a party where there will be alot of drugs and booze, and he has shown no interest in going at first, but now I think he wants to go.. I don't want him to, because of the drugs! (the party will be across the street from me) should I trust him, when he said he won't go, or be worried all night? these "friends" i've never met, except one.. I am also giving up a trip next month bc he thinks i am going to cheat on him with a guy whom likes me, but I already told this other guy, "Vegan" that I am taken.. so now, both Pillsbury and i have trust issues.. thank you
