I have never been asked out, never been kissed, never had a boyfriend. Well, I've always been shy, didn't have many guy friends. I've been told I am pretty, mostly by older people though. :( I work at a gym now and am more outgoing. Made guy friends, but still nothing. Don't know what it is. I go to college, have been told I am funny and that I am not what most people expect. One of my guy friends is always amazed when I tell him what I am interested in. He told me that I seem like the Sarah Mclachlan type. I mean don't get me wrong I like her music, but sometimes its depressing. I feel like I am rambling now. haha But what the real question is why hasn't any guy asked me out? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

 Perhaps you have not been giving them the right signals. Or maybe they are intimidated. If you are really pretty, a lot of guys will be too intimidated to try anything with you because they assume you will have amazingly high standards or some such things, especially since you work at a gym and are outgoing. These are desireable qualities but they might scare the more timid guys who are interested in you.
Is there a particular guy you have in mind? Try a little flirting just to show him that you are interested and see where that gets you.
