Well the problem is i have a very small penis of only 4in when erect and 1 to 2 inches when flaccid. I know everybody says size doesn't matter ,but when its your own body that saying doesn't make you feel much better. I'm extremely embarrassed and get made fun of constantly in the locker room and even when going to the bathroom, lets just say i don't use urinals anymore. I'm extremely frustrated and want to know if any of you guys out there had this problem as a teen and if it every grew. Thanks and all comments will be greatly appreciated.

a vagina is only 3-4 inches deep when arroused (average) so if your 4inches that's no problem .

 First off all, teenagers pick at each other for anything. A flaccid penis size doesn't say anything at all about how the erect size is. So making fun of you because of that is just stupid. I was made fun of as a teenager as well, and I know things that were said had no real relevance. It's just stuff they make up to make themselves look cool! It can be completely made up! Probably their flaccid penises are just the same, or even smaller, and they feel insecure about it so they pick at others.
People who pick at others do so to feel stronger, because they are actually weak people who are very insecure about themselves. This will change as you grow older and you no longer have to associate with mobsters.
Second, your penis is average. Maybe you find that hard to believe, but it IS average. Look at the statistics if you want to. Maybe it doesn't help to hear that, since every guy wants to be big and strong, but being average means that there are maaaaaaaaaany other guys out there with the exact same size as you. So you are not alone! Average is not an exact size, it is between 3.9 inches and 7.9 inches, with most guys at either end of the scale and few in the middle of that scale.
Yes, there are boys out there who struggle with the exact same problem as you. Boys of every size are scared about their penis size, worrying if it is big enough. Even guys that have large penises worry if it is big enough. Everyone looks at each other and thinks all others are larger, and so they get insecure about their own. Close to all guys go through this.
Another thing is that you look at yourself, and others, from a different perspective. The human mind works that way, and with the literal perspective being different we create this idea of what we look like, that don't really match reality. If you were to stand next to a guy who was smaller than you, you would still think "he's bigger than me". Keep that in mind when you judge the size of others, that your eyes fool you.
You will feel better about yourself and your body as you grow older and more secure. It could well be that your penis will grow as well, since you are still in your growing phase. But, I recommend that you leave the ruler alone, and don't measure yourself. Work on being confident instead, and you will have nothing to worry about.
