writes:Ok I need some tips/help, I am a shy 26 year old who has no experience with guy, I always feel awkward around them but a guy I used to work with has asked me out and I really want to go but I am so shy, we had a kiss at the christmas night out and when he left he said he would keep in touch but I never imaged he would, he has just settled into his new job and wants as he put it "pick off what we started at christmas". I want to but I am unsure as to what to do as I know what he wants. HELP welcome.

relax, breathe and go enjoy yourself.
you don't have to do anything with him. in fact, if you wait til you know each other a bit better then you'll probably find that he'll tell you what he likes,a dn you'll be able to tell what he really enjoys just by getting to know his reactions.
be up front with him though and tell him that your a bit nervous, i'm sure if he's a decent guy he'll understand and do his best to put you at ease.
