Is my cousin interested in me?

My cousin visited from Norway and we were not good friends but on this visit she became friends with my and me also and I noticed her looking at me more than once and gave me smile when I eyes met and one night we were out sat behind me in car and started playing with her hairs and I could see her in rear view and hugged me at kissed on cheeks before leaving. Is shshe interested or whats going on?
