 no if you can meet up and swap numbers then what ever wae you arrange to meet up u will have to speak to each other so im pretty sure you could get the number first.. dont meet up

 You don't say where you initially met this girl, whether it was in a bar, in a club, or over the internet. However i don't really see any harm in meeting up for a coffee the next day. I assume that you have her Email address, because i was wondering how you were going to arrange to meet up with her if you don't have her number.
