 I agree with the other posters on that you should definitely not do this if you don't feel like it. It's the kind of thing that will hurt a lot if you're not totally into it.
If I were you I would experiment a bit on my own with a buttplug to get an idea of what it might feel like, and then you can decide from that if this thing is for you.

Take it very very easy and gentle.Can be pleasurable to both but if not relaxed you will tighten up and it will hurt.Get very horny and worked up 1st to relax u both in the rite mood anyway and start with just a finger (with lube on).Take it from there.If he is a very large chap in the trouser snake department - think again. A damaged colon is no fun.

if you dont want to then dont do it...dont be forced into something you dont want to do. it will hurt if you are not relaxed
as for his thing coming out dirty- make sure your bowels are empty first
make sure you use plenty of lubrication like ky jelly or baby oil
also, if after a while this is not for you ,please make sure he is clean if he is going to enter you vaginally, as germs can spread from the back passage
