writes:I love my boyfriend so much and he has told me millions of times that he loves me and he calls me beautiful loads (which makes me feel good) but he keeps making fun of people with spots and unattractive people when he talks to me, and I am just starting to get small amounts of spots that arent that visable but soon Im sure I will have more ones that are bigger and more visable. Will my boyfriend still love me or will he dump me?

What you have to realise here is that if this guy really loves you, he will love you for you. Spots or no spots.
If you're starting to get spots, get a good face wash to use twice a day and that will help tackle that. At your age, most kids have spots. I know I certainly did.
Also, are you comfortable with him making fun of the way people look? Doesn't this say something about him?
