i actually stayed w/ someone who was so abusive to me. he tried strangling me about 5 times all together. how could i do that to me. it just has sunk me in a pit i'll never get out of. i don't feel anything toward men anymore. no one catches my eye anymore. got out of that one w/ ason from him and on my own, yay. i ruined my life.nothing will help me. its more complex than just this,but its killing me.i even had to leave my own hometown to escape the psycho now i'm stuck for the time being in a state i hate. how can someone do this, i feel he'll get whats due him if not now soon, don't you?

My thoughts are if he tried to strangle the mother of his child he could hurt your son as well. I would make a clean break from this crazy man and protect your son! You have no other option but to make the decision that is right for your innocent son! Be strong for him and take care of your mental and phsucal health too. I hope you can get into counseling and turn your life around!

what about my son, shall he never ever see his father also if thats how he is though its his own doing. knowing him (the ex) he would say you kept him from me ...any thots?

I would never be in contact with this man as he can KILL you! I was with a physically abusive man once. My mother said if he can hit you he can kill you. I ended it forever. I saw him years down the road and he looked like his mother and I was in a great relationship. I hope you can get in counseling and end all contact, change your cell phone number right away. If you see him again , shame on you!!!
