if he stares she must be pleasing to his eye. so of course he would go. Or at least if he doesn't go her attendence is not the reason. Are you familiar with the phrase being clothes lined. Think of a guy running through a vacant lot and catching a strung up clothes line about neck high. Well thats about what most women gave me if I couldn't reel it in enough to at least not be so friggin obvious. Feel free to take him out. If he is that obvious I believe it's your duty to correct him.
