Will he call in his own time?

I met this guy like 3 weeks ago. He called me every day and me and him had a good vibe going at least I thought. He lost his phone on new years eve and he even borrowed his cousin's phone that weekend just so that he could talk to me all day. But the following week I haven't heard from him. I wanna think it's just because he doesn't have a phone at the time but do you think he isn't interested any more? Did I make him run because we talked through myspace and I told him I wanted to talk to him. He told me he would call and he never did. Am I overreacting or will he call me in his own time?

Well the crazy thing is after I wrote this, he called!! Lol, and he was telling me how much he missed me and whatnot. I was actually just overreacting. But, as females, we sometimes look too deep and wonder if we made a move too soon or said something wrong for them to provide distance from the situation. Thank you for your response!!
