just flirt with him more like give him little 'joking' hugs and compliment him and see if he'l ask you out then. Make it easy for him to ask you out. A lot of people are afraid to ask you out in front of a lot of people so try to put yourself in situations where you two are alone- even if you're just walking alone without any other friends there in the hallway. If that doesn't work- you can always ask him out. Just tell him about a good movie youv been wanting to see and be like we should go see it together sometime.
