Why doesn't he answer my e-mails? Is he trying to forget me?

Question - (15 December 2008) 1 Answers - (Newest, 15 December 2008)
A female United Kingdom age 41-50, anonymous writes:

My friend and I are in love however we can't be together for several reasons, the main one is that he is living in another country at the moment for some time (he is still not sure for how long) due to work.

We normally e-mail each other a lot but lately he does not answer my e-mails. When I asked him if he had gotten upset with me for some reason he replied that he would never get upset with me for anything and that he loved receiving my e-mails and knowing how I was. He said that if he didn't reply sometimes is because he is busy with work. I wrote him back and once again he did not reply for several days, however I found out that he writes one of his friends almost every day. Is he trying to forget me even though he says he loves to hear about me? I am confused. Please, help! Thanks.
