 I don't think people anywhere marry complete strangers, unless they have a second intention. It seems this man does want someone to keep him, or a young girl to sleep with.
I understand citizens of the European Union can travel and work freely in all the member countries. So, why would a Turkish man need to marry anyone from the UK in order to get out of Turkey?
