Sounds like you might have general anxiety disorder- but I may be wrong, as I cannot diagnose ( I am not a doctor) I highly reccomend some therapy or counceling, and do not be afraid- those who go to therapy are often more strong and courageous than the others who dismiss it and continue without any resolution to their problems. If you are in college or a university, there is often free counceling for students if you look into whats going on at your student health center. There is usually no fees if you are taking a certain number of credits. This also may just be from gradual life stresses involved with gradual entrance into adulthood. I reccomend talking to someone about it- there may be some underlying issues from your worries- are they rational?School/ family/money/love/work etc? There are some your worries that are not normal ( I.e are my hands CLEAN enough?) but if they are getting in the way of your enjoyment of activities or leading a normal or functional life I highly reccomend therapy. I have had a number of huge mental issues and I can assure you it is sometimes the only answer, as battling things in private or with medication on its own doesn't always entirely work. I hope this helps good luck.
