if you are one of the lucky few females that can ejaculate, then if you let that sensation go along then it probably means you are about to. If thats not the case, then when a penis is inside you, it is being thrusted not too far from your bladder so the pressure sometimes makes us feel like we need to go to the bathroom.

 Has something to do with the pressure your uterus is putting on your bladder when you're turned on. It's normal. Don't worry about it. It's a good idea to flush out the pipes afterwards anyhow.
