Why did he say we are still friends but ignores me?

There's this guy that I've been kinda seeing for two to three weeks. He told me he likes me but doesn't want a relationship right now. I'm ok with it.

The problem began recently when he saw me with another guy who he thinks has a crush on me. He drifted away and told me that he felt guilty and we shouldn't hang out, hug or kiss anymore. Although he said we are still friend, it doesn't feel like that at all. He would ignore me on skype and wouldn't even look at me when I walk pass him.

So... I want to ask him what really is the problem because I don't understand. How should I ask him? Or should I even bother to at all? Should I just leave it like this?

Okay.. so I asked him why and he told me that my appearance changed and he feels like I'm not the same person he used to know. It's kind of bothering him.

..... I don't get what's inside his head at all ):

Is there anyway to get him back at all?
