 Yes, some are without care for other humans. Why do some people steal, lye, kill others? Same question, same answer.
And, no, not only boys cheat. Girls cheat just as much, and for the exact same reasons.

Someone may not be happy in their marriage/relationship, so they will cheat.
Some people may cheat out of revenge for a cheating partner.
Some cheat when they're drunk and aren't quite in a sensible frame of mind.
Others simply want their cake and eat it too, those people cheat out of greed for wanting the best of both worlds.
If you've been cheated on, I suggest you ask the person who cheated on you for the particular reason why he did what he did.

reader, anonymous, writes (8 November 2012): Some guys are faithful, some others not, the same as girls. Out there there is a lot of nice faithful guys. Maybe is you that you feel attraccted to bad boys, have you ever consider it? I have noticed that trend on all girls i know that like douchbags as boyfriends. Maybe you are loking at the wrong kind of guys. Good luck with your search.
