Don't you think it's kinda wrong to be dating both of them at the same time? and secondly we need a little more information about the girls before we can tell you who to choose . We can't just tell you pick girl #1 you have to state reasons why both are good for you and reasons they aren't . We can't tell you much from the information you have given....

 I'm sorry but you have been stringing two women along for three years and that is so wrong, I can't understand the plea for help as one woman should be enough for any man and you surely realise which one means the most to you.
I am afraid that you have been having your cake and eating it for far too long and I am sure you have never let these women know about the other in all this time. I think if you had by now you would not have this dilema.
You have been in the strong position all the time and that is just unfair.
Have you been taking precautions when sleeping with both of these women or not?
Why not be honest and see if one of them sticks by you, I doubt it and then you might find that you need to find a new woman altogether.
I'm sorry for my being blunt but your so called fear of hurting the victim, they are not victims but women you have chosen to keep in the dark and that is not a truly worthy man in my books.
Give the women the chose and see who turns out to be the victim in all of this.
