If this is a fairly new date however, the last place I would take you is to the cinema. You're sitting there side by side, not communicating - you might as well both be on your own.
No, I would choose something like ice/ roller skating then a pizza after, fun activities where you can also get to chat and know eachother more.

Hey there,
the movies ive seen airing now are Get smart, and the Love guru, and the adam sandler movie.
Get smart is an action movie though with alot of comedy. Guru is very funny, not with so much action but with adult humor.
So a funny movie is probably the best for you. Its a good one to start out with on the first date
