A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Hey, basically at work this I am sure this man "D" fancies me. However today this happened.

I saw A- who told me K had told her we were going shopping tomorrow. But she was going to have a beer with D. She invited me, i said no.

I went to work, K- a female who im sure fancys this man. invited me to work xmas lunch. I asked if i could bring my friend from the other team. She said:

Don't worry you won;'t be alone, your protector D will be there- really snotty tone.

D said to her what did you say, she repeated, he said ok i heard my name. He went quiet!!

Later i asked him what K meant. He got flustered said ignore her she's lying.

Later i asked him again 1-1. He asked me to repeat what she said, i did, he said I don't know what she mean. I discussed what A said, he looked confused, explained his son's birthday is tomorrow so he isn't going no where. (the beer was a lie)

What is with all these lies, and what did he mean she is lying? ARGH

A female reader, aunt honesty Ireland +, writes (3 December 2012):

aunt honesty agony auntWell as you said yourself you have a feeling this guy fancies you and you feel that she likes him therefore she is probably just jealous and trying to cause trouble. Do not let it get to you just ignore her and don't allow her to stress you or cause you problems. She is probably just jealous.
